The Muddy Mud Run

On camp we went on the mud run it was fun because we got to try and tackle the parents and teachers. Mr Davis told all of T3 to go and tackle Mr C. So we all went and tackled him. I think Mr Davis lied because Mr C told us off. Braydon I tried to be the most dirty person in the class because Mr Davis said we would get a prize. Then I started sliding like a penguin across the smelly mud. When I was sliding across the smelly mud I slid into a big slimy stick. Mr Davis then said. “ Come in T3 we have to go and clean our selves in the water”. So we all came in. After we cleaned our selves with the water we started walking back to the camp sight and we washed our selves off.

CAMP!!!!!!!!!!!

Room 3 went on there class camp. All of camp was so fun but I am going to talk about the art gallery. When we were doing our rotating activities first up we had art gallery. Adele had to walk to the art gallery it was about 1 km down the road. Once we got to the art gallery we started to have  look. They made all of the sculptures them self's one thing that caught my eye was papatoinuki and rungi. They were fantastic. They made some of the sculptures out of clay as well. The art was so descriptive and life like. One other thing that caught my eye was the the wooden chair. It was amazing it was wwwwwwwwwwwooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!.

On monday Room 3 did rugby skills with Shaun Begg from the Tasman makos. We got into pairs and we played truck and trailor. Then we did some passes. We learnt how to do them from the left and the right, then we got taught how to kick high and low. We did ripper rugby and blue and red belts went first, then black and blue. We swapped each time. I liked it because we all got a poster and a try.

When I watched the show I got some good ideas for our show like cool moves and hip hop, dancing, costumes. I think room 3' show will the best show ever.

The night of the Formal dinner

On Thursday 9th of May, T3 had a formal dinner because it was the last day at Marahau camp National park. It was the best dinner ever because we had a yummy roast. I was sitting next to my friend Adam.

Firstly before we had tea we needed to dress up nicely for the formal dinner and the boys had to wear a tie.

Next we had to wait till tea was ready but a lot of girls were staying away from the boys because they were trying to touch the girl's hair.  I touched Caitlin's.

Finally tea was ready to serve and the tables were all joined up together with lollies and party poppers.  We had a yummy roast pork.

After when the concert started Natsu was a karate kid. And a lot of people cheered for, him even the girls.

Meanwhile when the concert finished we were using the the fire to make smores. And people were catching theirs on fire except me and some other people.

Now it was time to go to bed and get some sleep for the last day at Marahau camp. And pack our things before we go.

On Thursday the 9th of may T3 had a formal dinner. For tea we had a roast pork with lots of crackling on it. The dinner was really yummy and we also had peas and some vegetables. After we ate we got to do our party poppers. Everyone almost popped there's at the same time, and after we did them there was a big mess and lots of people went into the middle of the hall and got the bits off the floor. Then it was the camp concert, after the camp concert we had dessert. For dessert we had smores which are marshmallows squashed in between 2 biscuits. They were delicious.

Mot Rec Fun

On the 10th  of may Room 3 [also known as T3]  went to the Motueka Rec Center! But.... before we could go to the recreation center...we had to pack up all of our stuff into our bags. Then we had morning tea. We had 15 to 20 min to play then we headed of from Marahau to the rec center. When we got there we stopped for lunch before going inside. When we went inside my group Adele [the best group] did basket ball first, badminton second, then rock climbing next, lastly bouncy castle. On the bouncy castle I fell off and someone said I liked the floor! I went to the next bouncy castle over to the left side and it looked liked a boxing arena! Surprisingly I found Liam's brother up in the slide part of the castle. I had a great time at the Rec Center...but I missed some things from home. But I still had a whale of a time at the Rec Center.
