Matariki By Papuni

Hi, my name's Papuni and I'm going to write to you about Matariki. In case you didn't know Matariki is the Maori new year. It is to celebrate the new beginning and all the hard work put into the plants and harvesting, planting, etc... We went to the art gallery and we made 'Paper Stain Glass Windows. Matariki was named after the oldest star I know about 3 story's about Matariki and my mum write her own song about Matariki.
